I had to leave at an early age. There wasn't, And so off he went at a young age with the eighth grade education. And it was what he accomplished. Just inspiring, really is. He ended up working in the civil service during the World War II, constructing Cherry Point Air Base. He met my mom, who was a Beaufort native. They settled in here, made a family. And then after World War II, he was fortunate enough to be able to start into the automobile business that we continue with, with our t 67 years in Carter County and we feel We're an icon, much We're 57 years of the Big Rock. And we're just pleased to have t We feel I suspect that the fabulous Fisherman's Club, it was just a group of businessmen that would sit around and have coffee and lunch and why not and discuss everyt These guys, dad had gone down to the Bahamas or somewhere and saw the fishermen down there and knew that it would be great for a tourist and our local boys. And of course, the customers at Seafit and do business with us on a repeat basis. Year in and year out, they buy cars from us, they have their ve And it's not because they lack options, there's plenty of places they can buy a ve They choose for years and in many cases, generation after generation to make their decision to do that business with us and we try to earn it every day.
