So welcome to our showroom. T We're an authorized dealer for Lamborg I thought I'd just take this opportunity to show For the people that are local here, a lot of people have seen the construction that's going on, but for all of our clients and our future clients that are maybe not here in Southern California, t So over here we have our brand new corporate identity Bugatti showroom. T You'll see state of the art configuration room in the back, nice big video wall, and t So here we have our ad persona room. T In here you'll find all the paint samples from all the current models as well as from all the vintage models going back to Gallardo's, Diablo's, Murcielago's. So in here we have all the paints and leather samples from all the different models of cars to choose from. You want somet We can go in here and we can customize all the stitc Once you get done configuring your ve Alright so in here t So in here the lifts that we're putting in here will allow us to accommodate servicing batteries and hybrid drive systems as well as charging stations in here. A lot of space to better support our customers for the future products. So back here on the backside of the property we're going to build a warehouse back here. T Now because land is at such a premi The warehouse will be fully climate controlled and secure so we'll be able to store ve Welcome to the future home of McLaren and Koenigsegg Newport Beach. T Huge construction project that we've been working on for a couple of years now. You can actually see it from the Friar Freeway when you're going north and south. T Nice display of cars in here as well as having four sales offices. We'll have an MSO configuration room, a gift boutique for the latest McLaren apparel. T So one t So right above me is a special light box that will be used to really show off the quality and the bespoke nature of all the different paints that McLaren has to offer their clients. So coming in here, t Back in here is our new corporate identity showroom for Koenigsegg. We have three offices over here as well as display areas for the new cars. So t In here we'll have a full configuration room so that clients can come in and do a full configuration of their Jameras as well as their Yeskos. So part of our new showroom is having a showroom upstairs as well. So we've installed t Come upstairs with me guys, there's even more cool stuff to see upstairs. So as you can see t We can fit about 12 cars in here comfortably with great panoramic view of Southern California.
