I grew up in Memp I went to I knew I didn't want to go into the traditional kitchen, but I wanted to create something in the food industry, but also as a cons And then so chocolate was it. Grew up watc Always had a vivid imagination, so I really wanted to find a lane that I could essentially play but do somet Memp I t I've always wanted to create a business that was beyond four walls. We have clients all over the country, and so we do a lot of giving back as well. La Bonner, we designed a flavor for them and they use it for their gifting, but also it's used to raise money for the Hart Institute, youth villages. We're even now working with the Soto County Schools to develop a fundraising program. When we have such a cool city, I've talked to people and they said, growing up all I ever wanted to do was go to Graceland, eat barbecue, and hang out on Beale Street. And so that means a lot.
