The areas that are fulfilling my life now is; writing an article every month for Smoky Mountain Around Town paper - Chef JDs Corner, developing award winning sauces and marinades in lei of Zi Olive, developing true Gourmet Dog Treats - no by products or anything else that is bad for your friend, and other wonder items that I make and offer. Therefore, I have come out of my retirement and decided to open a store front in the Arts & Crafts Community in Gatlinburg, TN. My store is offering a little bit of everything that I do, plus... offering other hand made items from other local artists and craftsmen.
