I'm Tom from the Butchers Block. You have probably opened a Dory door. When we came to do this renovation, one of the main things that we wanted to focus on was the entryway. And we came across Dory doors and some of the work that they did, and we decided that we had to have them do our job here. It's the first impression. You're walking to a building, you're walking to a restaurant. What you see first is the door. Were originally going to go with a normal brass door handle. Something was missing. The minute Tom talked about the doors, he said, I don't want regular handle. And Omer came up with the idea to use a cleaver to make that the grand entrance. That's probably one of the best things that customers get to experience when they come here. I said to myself, how big I can do that handle because I think it's going to fit perfect on the roof. Oh, that's the logo of the place. Meaning you can see it from far. You can see it across the street and you're going to say, oh, that's the butcher block with that cleaver on the roof.
