My company, Otilly, is a local meat producer here in the city of Omaha, Nebraska. We focus entirely on working with local producers and local farmers who have committed their lives in our in service to giving back to the land. When we started the operation, we wanted to focus entirely on giving back to the farmer and to our cons So right now we butcher and process whole pigs, we get in and we break them down and make what you call further processed things such as bacon, sausage, ham. We also offer a variety of fresh cuts to our customers. What we'really trying to do here is to what, I And we like to bridge that gap and bring them to the cons When you're trying to find meat options on a local level, I feel You can find things, you can buy a whole animal or a half animal but really getting things on a small local level or where it becomes challenging. Which is the entire business and mission of our entire company is to step in and to really help these cons So really at the end of the day it's all about just giving back and giving back to not only the farmer who raises the animal but to the cons Our motto is to focus on community not competition because we that it's the best for you and the best for everyone involved.
