It's been 40 days since we covered this entire boneless prime ribeye with super spicy coffee from Roasty Buds. We also brewed some of that coffee and poured it over the entire loin. This is what it looks Let's face this off and see how much waste we have. Wow, I'm super impressed with that. For 40 days that is such a minimal amount of waste. You can see a tiny bit of discoloration on the fat cap and on the edge there. Because that outside waste pellicle is so thin, we're going to cut these into steaks and then trim them up individually. We think we'll have a better yield that way compared to just trimming it as a whole loin which we normally would do. These smell exactly You can smell the peppers and you can definitely smell the coffee. I cannot wait to cook one of these up. We have a very limited supply available now.
