My grandfather's I don't remember this guy, but this is a Bill Sarafini. Larry Auditory Jr. is now 72, a third generation grocer. I just kept going and I knew nothing any better and it seemed to work. His grandfather operated a market on State Street in 1926 and eventually the business landed at its current location in 1963. 1626 Sassafrest Street. It's certainly a family affair with his children working behind the counter. Everybody wants ancestry going dot. I don't need to know any more than 16th and Chestnut. I got a great coup. My two daughters and my son, my granddaughter, and I got Mike in the back who named George. I forget George. The market made its name selling sausage and other high quality meats. First of all, it's not hard. You have to put good stuff in it and enough seasoning and a right seasoning. We don't have any elaborate equipment because we only make about 800-900 pounds a week on an average Christmas time we do But that's Christmas, Business did not bog down during the pandemic as the regulars kept making trips to their favorite store.
