Carolina Craft Butchery in Davidson is the Charlotte area's only whole animal butchery sourcing local pasture raised animals from small farms.
Owners Lee & Domisty Menius founded Carolina Craft Butchery in 2016. As owners of Wild Turkey Farms in China Grove NC, they have been raising and selling pasture raised meats for nearly 20 years. As founding farmers at the Davidson Farmers Market they spent 8 years developing a reputation for providing high quality meats and great customer service. In an attempt to make local meats available more than 4 hours per week, they began to develop a plan for opening an old fashioned butcher shop in 2012. Carolina Craft Butchery strives to provide the highest quality local meats while supporting great local family farms.
