Well the New York butcher shop is a South Carolina owned company and this is a local owned store by Kim Hargit. We are a gourmet grocery store but we're a full service butcher shop. We carry fresh beef, lamb, veal, chicken, prepared dishes, a full-boast head deli. Our prices are competitive with any grocery store but at the New York butcher shop you get personal service. All these things are prepared by our chef Chris who's on staff and these are to-go items that you can take with you when you get home. Everything can be cut to order by John, our on-site butcher. We have all the cut steaks, marinated kabobs. We do filets cut to order and we also do whole filets. Thank you for that.
