This is Vincent Jonah again here with another vlog with Bob Sparrow talking about meat, his specialty. So when you're going out to eat and you're looking at a menu, what do you want to order? What looks good to you? Well, you see, So their specialty, your specialty is the ribeye cap, which is probably my favorite. And you can't get that in just very few places. Then we have the ribeye heart, which is also really good. And so I'll always get something unusual. I mean, I can grill a strip steak at home or something What'so nice about that cap part? Well, the cap comes from right here and it's going to be a softer texture and more marble and it's got a lot more flavor. Yep. So usually it's left on a prime river or a Delmonico or something But for Why doesn't everybody else order it? It's a lot of work to cut it and very few people do cut it, So I mean, it takes time and effort and that, But it's just a really good cut. So we've cut it for And So it takes somebody with some culinary skill to make something work? And speed. So if you get in at four o'clock in the morning and by analogy needs 40 pounds of these at nine o'clock, they've got to be done pretty quick. And you've got to be able to use the other parts that come from that rib, So it's a combination of speed and marketing and using the product up. So, So, can I make it more spiced?
