Shred Nations

Hi, I'm Scott Reese with Shred Nations and Record Nations. We're very excited to be sponsoring this year's iSigma conference. After last year's remote conference, we're happy to be seeing all of you in person once again. It's been a long, strange trip these past two years, but if it's taught us anything, it's that our industry is more vital than ever. While sadly, many businesses have struggled during the past two years, some of our colleagues and partners posted record-setting gains. This just goes to prove that the business of data management and destruction isn't going anywhere. Perhaps most importantly for us specifically, we've made great strides in revamping our company culture and maintaining our integrity throughout the whole process. Everyone in the company knows it's important to always do the right thing, even if it isn't always the easiest path to take. Our company is a family-owned business. Integrity starts at the top. It's a collegial or collegiate culture. It's really awesome to just know everyone that you're working with. People here really try to do the right thing. We're people with integrity. We're people who care about both our customers and our partners and getting and delivering a great service. As an industry veteran and new team member at Shred Nations Record Nations, I can honestly say that our focus on providing an inclusive and ethical workplace is one of the top priorities. It's one of the many reasons that we've also been able to grow as a company. Our phone team alone now handles roughly 1,500 calls per day with individuals and businesses looking to find the right services at the right price. We take pride in that and we don'take that responsibility lightly. We truly embrace the term work hard, play hard. Our team is passionate about helping others, doing charitable work, and taking a break from time to time just to get to know each other better. We believe creating a fun work environment goes hand in hand with promoting a hardworking one. There's a lot of things It's really easy to get to know everyone. People are amazing. Just watching other people grow, The support and guidance that I've received is invaluable. Partnerships are the cornerstone of our success. If we've had the opportunity to work with you in the past, we look forward to continuing our relationship with you in the future. If we haven't, we want the opportunity to show you our values and how we can help you reach your goals. Our continued growth is inevitable. I see us growing a lot. There's a lot of growth. We're trying to double our revenues in the next five years. The future is so bright and there's no doubt that the company is going to grow. And together, we can accomplish so much more.
