Our technicians used to be in the field having to go through multiple checklists and it took a lot of time. Now with Prakzito it's much quicker, it's easier for them and they can focus on fixing the machines or doing their maintenance instead of focusing on some sort of checklist they have to get done. The technicians in the field are definitely going to say they're saving 20 to 30 minutes per asset per visit.
