Hi, I'm Anthony Story with Storytime Construction. We're out at Drag County Rury in Kennesaw, Georgia. We're expanding their cellar. They're going to add some 60 barrel fermenters, so they need a larger glycol system to keep everything chilled down. So we're expanding their old two-inch system to a three-inch system, bigger pipe. We'rerouting it some to go through the new area for the cellar, and then we're going to tie it into their old system. We're in the new cellar area. What we're here for is the aquifer. Outside, we showed it come down along the wall. So now we carry up, carry a header across where we built the header system, and then we pre-pl So as new tanks come in, we set those in place, and then we'll run piping over. We're going to have Josh show a demonstration on how the welds work. He's using some one-inch pipe. This is our iron that we do the weld with. You'll see him push the pipes together, but you can go ahead and start. This is the heating process. So he pushes them in, gets them set, and he does account for eight seconds one-inch, right? So he'll count to eight, Mississippi. And then once he gets to that, he'll pull them apart, and then he'll push the two pieces back together. And that's causing that fusion with the plastic and creates that complete, harmonious connection. So later on, once this is cooled down, if we get a cross-cut of this, it'd be hard to tell where that connection is. Because the green and the blue is going to smear together a little bit. Instead of This, you're actually taking two pieces and melting them together and making one piece of pipe here. I'm here with Jeff Long from Ferguson Enterprises. It's where we buy our aqua-therm. They're a southeastern rep for aqua-therm. And Jeff's going to tell us a little bit about the project itself. This is a piece of it. Usually, it really stood out with the green, but they're actually changing to an all-blue now. It'll give us a rundown on it, probably. Yeah. I'm with Ferguson Enterprises. I'm an engineered product specialist for Ferguson here in the southeast. Part of our responsibilities is PPR piping, But yeah, aqua-therm is a polypropylene piping system. Goes together with heat fusion. So we heat up the pipe and the fitting at the same time, push it together. Makes pretty much a leak-proof joint. At that point, it'similar to It'd be a socket weld or a butt weld and some larger diameter pipes. It can handle media down to negative 5 degrees Fahrenheit. It doesn't get brittle And it's extremely lightweight. So it's very easy for Anthony's guys to work with. So we built a pretty good relationship together. We've worked together now for probably eight or ten different breweries now here in the Georgia area within the last three or four years. So great partnership between Storytime Construction and Ferguson Enterprises. I just want to take a second to s We can help you with your initial build-out. We can help you with your design. We can come in and help you expand your system if you're up and running and want to expand that cellar. We can use multiple materials. We can use other types of PPR. We can use HPD. We can use copper. We actually won't do a system in Schedule 80 because it will fail on you after some time. At Iron Monger, went in and replaced their whole system with aqua-therm. They had started off with Schedule 80. If there'something we can help you out with, give us a call. Thank you.
