They did all the work from there. It really was a piece of cake. For Pat's companies, we've been tasked with managing their entire employee benefits program. Early on in our relationship, it was about successfully merging two companies, their culture and their employee benefits. One of the requests we made of BSI is to make sure that we blend the two plans together so nobody was losing anything and they felt And BSI was able to nail that. On a daily, weekly, monthly, yearly basis, we are responsible for negotiating their healthcare insurance with their insurance carriers, negotiating their life, dental, disability, implementing successfully their wellness programs, managing their data on a daily basis from an actuarial perspective. Besides being easy to deal with, they're all professionals. I mean, every time we have a meeting, they bring lots of support material, they explain things to us so that we can understand them. One of the best parts of the program has been their wellness program. We actually had a thyroid screening done here. And one of our employees actually did have a problem with their thyroid and because of that early detection, was able to have it taken care of.
