Hardy homemade bluegill soup. Now that's what's on the agenda today in my kitchen. The great taste from Chris' kitchen brought to you by the great taste of Johnsonville Sausage. Watch how easy and quick it is to make super good homemade bluegill soup with ingredients you probably already have on hand. Now we're gonna start with some butter and we're gonna just simply saute the onions, leeks, carrots, and a little bit of garlic. We're just going to cook these enough until they're tender. Now I've just peeled some potatoes and just cubed them. Just add a little bit of water with the potatoes and the vegetable broth. And then salt and pepper to taste. And then this is curry powder. Stir it around a little bit and then I'm gonna just turn up the heat a little bit and I'm gonna let this simmer until the potatoes are nice and tender. Ooh, that's perfect. Now just the finishing touches. We're just gonna add the fish. So this is cooked fish and one cup of milk. Now we're just gonna let this come back to a simmer and then we're gonna be ready to serve it. Sorry, gourmet chefs. It may not be a huge elaborate production to prepare, but homemade bluegill soup sure is delicious and something you can all easily make for yourself at home. See you all later.
