My name is Kristen Mingalelli and I'm the owner of Rebecca's Bridal Boutique in North Syracuse. I did a bunch of fashion design all throughout high school in junior high and we actually I made all of my prom dresses and a couple of formal dresses. So that I did have all that training then but I didn'take anything at college because there wasn't a whole lot of home-work jobs out there. So that was what I originally wanted to do but instead I went to elementary teaching. What my big thing is right now is I Some manufacturers will make those changes for you. Sometimes we have to do them when they come in-house but it's great because then I love to have encouraged that bride to have her personal touch on her gown. So as much as I would love to do that where I could design them right now definitely not in the time frame. My two little ones would never let me get that done but it's definitely something that would be neat for the future but there are a lot of great designers out there that really are thinking along the lines that we are. So if we can find a great designer that offers a great gown for a great price we're going to go for those. You're welcome. Well I was having my son and I was in a wedding in that August and this one they approached me about the business and I kind of sat down with my husband about it and I said It just seems He's like So that's how we ended up doing it. I was pregnant with my daughter when I actually bought it so that wasn't very smart of me but it was just you know the opportunity arose and we just kind of j I have a blast here all the time. I wish I could be here more.
