I've always loved dresses. When I was a little girl, my grandmother made me a little bridal gown. I was 36. I was in medical sales and I wanted to buy a business. About last year, we realized that brides need an experience. They needed a pretty place to shop. So we looked around and we found this space. Now that we're in this beautiful location and our dresses aren't crammed in a tiny space, brides can come in and have a great experience shopping in this location. It's a family-oriented business here and we want all of our customers, when they walk in here, that's how they feel too. As you're walking into a family, you're not just another client that we're trying to sell a dress to, you matter to us. Everything is so light and airy. It just kind of makes you leave the world and all of your planning duties at the door. The consultant immediately wanted to know about, tell me about your engagement, let me see your ring, when's your wedding. It was the first experience in any of my appointments where I felt They kind of read my mind for me in a way. I sometimes have difficulty expressing what I'm feeling, what I'm thinking. I know the first thing that I said was that I wanted a dress that I would wear, not one that would wear me. It's We must have looked at 20 or 30 different dresses and I felt Not one dress is going to look the same on every person, so they need to come in with an open mind. They may see a dress on their best friend and think it looks so beautiful, but they put it on themselves and it's not the same and so it's good to have so many different options because they could start off with thinking they want a long sleeve fit and flare and leave with a strapless ball gown because that's what makes them feel bright all. The consultants were so patient with me as they watched me look through every single dress because I wanted to make sure I didn't miss a single thing and there are a lot of dresses to choose from. And then they were patient with me as I tried on multiple dresses multiple times to kind of rule out what exactly I wanted. I never felt It'such an intimate feel in the store. I was so self-conscious about trying on dresses and having other brides or their moms look at me, but I felt Is this the dress that I'm going to become a wife in? I always had a passion of helping people feel good about themselves and what I love about my job is every day I'm impacting somebody's life. It's rare to have a bride that doesn't leave just delighted. And it's a good feeling to know you have helped somebody with an important decision. All of us have a really big heart for the plus size bride. There's a lot of stores that these brides can't go into and try on something. Even what in the industry, size 14 or 16 is considered normal and bridal, she's considered a plus size. And so we've championed that. We buy into that size range. We go to a size 34. Being a bride, that's the one day that you need to feel the best about yourself and not everybody always feels that way when they walk in here. And that's my goal. That's our goal here is when you leave, you do feel as good and as beautiful as what everybody else sees you as. It's not just next, next. It's a personal one-on-one experience with a consultant telling you how beautiful you look and meaning it, This should be a happy pleasant experience. It's not pressure. It's guiding them down the path to finding the perfect dress. It's more than just selling a piece of clothing. It's different. This is a sentimental purchase. This is an experience that's part of the process that you can't find while you're sitting on your couch looking at dresses online. I was dreading this experience and I loved it. And I feel
