Hi, welcome to Kalachi Factory. My name is Dean. What we're going to talk about today is what's in a Kalachi? What is it really? So what we have to start with is it's in a semi-sweet yeast dough. This is a dough that we make here in the store. We make it fresh. We mix it from all the ingredients up through. Then we roll it. We put it in the right size dough balls. And then we take care of it for the three days that we have before we can actually use it to build product. And then on that third day we get to roll it out and by hand roll all of these wonderful Kalachi's for you. So we have things with sausage, with meats, with eggs, all the way across the board.
