Hello, my name is Jesse Furman. I'm a chef, a specialised in bread making and pizza, and we're at Manjid today, and we're going to show you how we make our pizza here. So we take our pizza dough, and we push the air all the way to the edge to form a crust. We shape it to about 10 inches, top it with tomato sauce, fresh mozzarella, put it in the oven at high heat, take it out, cut it, fresh basil, maldins salt, and olive oil. This is our pizza, it's a mix of Napoli, a mix of New York, and just really good organic sourdough bread. Bon appetito.
