When we opened up this restaurant, we wanted to make sure that all was welcomed. That whoever wanted to eat, whoever wanted to come in for a drink, whoever wanted to laugh and commune and be with their family in a different atmosphere, it was there. It was available. My next venture was a restaurant because it was an opportunity. And to see how this restaurant has touched the community, touched people, is right in the vein of what I want to do. My passion comes from the tables and the smiles and the thank you's and the handshakes and the laughter and the pictures that I see online and the great reviews, knowing that I painted a picture that people really enjoyed as a culinary artist. We want to make the firehouse, cafe and bistro a destination and we want to make it your second home.
