Gibbs New York Bagels is a New York style bagel bakery that we've been open since 1994. We're coming up on 20 years this August. Things that excite me about the business, staff, customers, the people, I'm a social creature. We've got a crew that's been there for a long time. We've got a whole variety of music playing in the shops. That's an important piece for our staff. Every different shift has their own flavor, whether it's jazz or bluegrass or classic rock. It sets the beat for the shift. When staff are having a good time, the customer's having a good time. What makes it special and unique is we're the only bagel shop here in Colorado that makes it true traditional New York style bagel. No preservatives, no dough conditioners, very basic ingredients.
