Music My name is John, I'm the assistant manager here at the Spokes Center Bicycle Shop here on Fairfax Boulevard in Fairfax City. The company started back in the 1980s with our two owners, Jim Strang and Bob Padell. Started just one small shop out in Alexandria and we have now become six locations across northern Virginia. Specifically here I believe we've been here for about 12 or 13 years and it's been an awesome time. I think the best thing is being a part of this amazing community here in Fairfax City and really being able to help kind of build a cycling community here. The past couple of years the city's been really awesome about an initiative to get more people on bikes and we'really honored to be a part of that.
