Penny Farton Cycles is in Camden Street in Dublin City Centre. It's the largest bike shop in Dublin. We do bike sales, so we have three top brands, Giant Cube Trek. We have a large service section and we do same-day servicing. So we look after people at Dublin here with bicycles. I'm actually the fourth generation of people that work in the bike industry. My mother and father, Emelda and Hugh, started this business back in 1976 and I've been running it since 1999. I've been working with the guys for about a year and a half. I'more hands-on whereas my mother used to do a lot of the books and stuff She doesn't really want to be doing that anymore. They took over everything for us, so it's been a really good relationship. It's really helped us transform the rooms from manual to digital, which takes away a lot of the stress and the time and effort. I found them really handy. They're very friendly. They're always at the other end of the phone. I opened up a new business which my mother's focusing on, which is called Lace on Science Studio. They've helped me, so they've taken over all the accountancy work. What I found most helpful working with them, obviously, is going from manual to digital, was all the experts helping advice. They've given us so it's been such an easy transition. We didn't know much about it, so they're always there for us to pick up the phone and they've been so helpful to get us where we are today. The best part is basically they're part of our team now, so they relieve us of that work so I can focus on the next five years, which is growing the business, I mean, there for people and the people of Dublin with all their biking needs.
