The Bike Peddler

I am here with Carrie Roberts from the Bike Peddler in Brentwood, Tennessee that's just outside of Nashville. Carrie, you have a few stores in the Nashville area, don't you? Yes, we do. We've got stores in Hermitage, Brentwood, and Nashville over by Vanderbilt University. Carrie, tell us what customers love the most about your shop. That's a good question, Robin. I think probably the thing I hear the most is the customers love our staff and I love them too. They're a wonderful group of people and we all get along and we have a lot of fun. The thing that they're so good about is people come into the store and maybe they're new to bikes. They're a little bit intimidated. Our staff is just really great about making them feel at home and teaching them everything they need to know about cycling so I love them. They're great. Tell us about some of the top brands in your store and the stuff that you just can't keep on the shelves. Well, we sell a lot of great brands. We sell all the leading brands but probably our three biggest brands are Trek, Giant, and Scott. Frostbiked brands are very popular and I'll tell you what, people are just really excited about them. They're great companies. They do a great job. We didn't see any of those guys here at Frostbiked 2009. Were there any other brands that you really enjoyed getting in front of? Well, I'll tell you what, at Frostbiked, it's There's just so many great things here and we carry a lot of the brands that are shown here at Frostbiked. A lot of the accessory stuff We see a lot of wheels here, the Campanolo products, the Shimano products. We've got all that stuff. Just about anything you'd need to get into cycling, we've got the gear. All right, great. For our viewers in the Nashville area, why don't you tell them why they must come by and see you at the Bike Peddler? I think the most important reason to come by the Bike Peddler is we have a very unique policy and it's called Love It or Bring It Back. We want to take all the risk out of buying. We want to make it so people can come in. They don't have to worry about whether they're buying the right thing or not. We want them to be able to trust our staff knowing that if they go home and it's not the right thing, they can bring it back and there's not going to be any hassle whatsoever. It's a 30-day policy.
