River City Bicycles

So we first started looking at e-bikes probably about eight years ago now. This is I think River City's third or fourth time bringing in e-bikes. Back then the bikes were pretty crude. Up until now the problem has just been they haven't been all that good. There wasn't a whole lot of integration at that point to factor in the extra weight and power that the motor and battery would supply. They've evolved. I mean We finally decided that the e-bike technology has evolved to the point where we can get behind it and support it. They've always been fun. You get on them and they're just so quiet. It's really hard to ride one without a smile on your face. And so here we are 2017 and we're finally back in the e-bike business. We have e-bikes from specialized giant and then we also will be carrying a model from Stromer.
