I always try to relate to the customer. We try to be as helpful as possible. Sales is something that we really don't push to sell as much stuff as possible, just Everyone at the shop commutes, everyone knows what products are going to work best when it's 95 degrees out in downtown Madison and you've got a five mile commute to work. It's going to work best when it's 30 degrees out. People come in and they say, Not trying to push them on high end stuff, but get them on the right bike that they're going to be enjoyable and they're going to If we're comfortable, relaxed, they're going to come back. We sell trail passes for the Bike Federation of Wisconsin DNR. We get a cut of the sales, but at the end of the year we pull all that money together and we donate it towards certain bike projects. It'something that I view as a step in the right direction toward making our lives more sustainable. I promise that you will walk out the door with the right size, the right type of bicycle, and we will service your bicycle as long as you own it that you will be happy walking out the door.
