Hi, my name is Wes Hartman. I'm with Compass Real Estate. I run the Harlan Group. Today I'm here in Boulder with Bathside University Bicycles. This is an absolutely beautiful store. Tell me a little bit more about it. Doug Emerson is the owner. He started the company 35 years ago with a little loan from his dad and some tools and some rental bikes. And I just kind of grew from there. So we probably have about 2,500 to 3,000 bikes throughout the store. We offer full service. Our service department is also one of the best, I would argue, in the world. We also offer full service as well as maintenance as well as rentals. So we're a big tourist attraction as well at the corner of Knight and Pearl Street in downtown Boulder. Our motto is unrelenting friendliness and inclusivity of all cyclists and shapes and models and sizes. If you've never ridden a bike or if you're a pro, please feel welcome to come on in. With the change in seasons, we go from 10 to 7 during the week, 10 to 5 on Sundays and 10 to 6 on Saturdays. That's fantastic. Well, Beth, this is a very special place.
