I'm Drew Jordan, practically grown up here in this store with my family. Worked here through high school and on through my college years and my family started the business in 1974. So 38 years, same building, same location, same owners, all the same faces. Our staff is very well trained in the service end of things, very well trained as far as product knowledge goes when you come in and you're looking for a bicycle or maybe it's an accessory to go with your bike, we can appropriately match you with the correct equipment that you would need. We're not trying to sell you what's in our best interest, we want to sell what's in your best interest so that way you ride your bike more and you have a better overall experience. When you come in it's not And to help with that we actually have a fitting system here that we use called body scanning that takes benchmark measurements off of your body and then it runs it through algorithm and tells you exactly what size frame you should ride and then how that bike should be set up. As far as the brands of bikes we carry and bike equipment is Giant Bicycles is one, Giant got started in 1972 as a manufacturer, they do things on a global basis so they're pulling not only knowledge from the US but all over the world. I see you literally are getting the world's best bicycle. The other brand that we carry is Specialized Bicycles which started in 74. Specialized is really well known for basically bringing mountain biking to the masses. We don't live in the mountains per se but we have over 150 miles of mountain bike trails so there's a really active mountain bike community here. There'some trails that are actually internationally known. As far as helmets go it's one of those things that you just have to have it. I mean it's the seat belt of your car The helmets have gotten to where they fit I mean they're very lightweight, they adjust to the shape of your head very easily. You've got lots of ventilation on them, not only is wearing a helmet important but having lights on your bike is equally important if you're going to be riding in traffic especially. We have some of the most powerful but also the most compact lights available. Lighting is just as important as a helmet. In fact if you ride at night it is a law that you have running front and rear lights on your bicycle. So as far as service goes we have people with long track records in the bicycle industry. Someone who's actually seen the ins and outs of every different style of bike that has come through. We're able to do everything from the most basic of bicycle service to some of the most complicated thanks to our highly skilled mechanic here. We have a lot of information on our website actually. There's always an updated list of upcoming events, just basic weekly rides even. So people can go on there and get maps to trails, local road routes, multi-use pads.
