Lupita's Beauty Salon

As we mentioned earlier, McGann was arrested while getting his hair cut at a salon in Springdale. It was just before five o'clock when McGann was taken into custody for the murders of Clinton and Kristen Brink. Fox 24's Dylan Neuner joins us live in studio now with details of the moment McGann was arrested Dylan. Jaws Adriana Ruiz worked at Lupita's beauty salon for 11 years. She says yesterday was just a normal day. That is until she came face to face with a suspected killer. I saw him his eyes just looked sunken. Pretty kind of It's what I could describe. July 30th was supposed to be another normal day on the job. Adriana Ruiz is a hairstylist at Lupita's beauty salon in Springdale. She says a lot of kids come in to get their hair cut in time for the new school year. But that afternoon she came face to face with Andrew James McGann. I saw him here and I just had chills. I had chills running down because he looked really sunken. He didn't look She sat him down in her chair and asked him questions about what kind of haircut he wanted. But Ruiz says something was off about McGann. I noticed that his demeanor was more of like, So I just went on with the haircut. I thought it could be, I saw the black car and I saw him. I'm But the way that he looked, it's what gave me the chills. And soon after she began cutting McGann's hair, that's when she noticed someone else walk into the salon. Someone walked in and didn't have uniform. So I just ass I was about five minutes into the haircut when a man pulled up and asking about whose car that was outside. And that's when he would tell him, And he didn't really, he just stood quiet. I guess he felt kind of scared. Moments later, that's when authorities arrested McGann. They just told him to stand up from the chair. They needed to talk to him and he just stood up, head down. They brought him here and to search him. And then they just brought him outside to ask him more questions. It felt I'm not sure, something Ruiz tells me it's been a hard 24 hours, but her heart still remains with the Brinks family. It's been overwhelming. I've never been in a situation So it, I just couldn't stop thinking about the little girls that saw his face. It's, he, he's pretty scary, dark sunken eyes. But I, it's, it feels I could only imagine the family, the Brink family, what they're going through. Lupita's Beauty Salon is a family-run business. Has been around for decades. Ruiz told me that this experience was shocking and something she won't forget for the rest of her life. Josh, back to you. All right. Thank you.
