Gee's Clippers is Milwaukees' leading barbering and beauty salon located conveniently on a main street in the heart of the city.
The barber shop called G's Clippers is back on King Drive after a three-year absence. G's is a landmark and a gathering place. On t He started with the Bucks, then left town to play for other teams. Now he's returned to Milwaukee. One of I mean, just from me being in the city, just knowing how much he'do for the community and I mean, he's an icon in the community. He's not a basketball player, he's not a football player. G's closed in 2010 because there wasn't enough off-street parking. It reopened after the city put in a big parking lot right next door. Right, because Chris, a lot of you don't know I'm back open now. That's why I'm on the radio. Just trying to let all the, To celebrate G's and remind people of the opportunities for investment on King Drive, business and professional groups threw a party at the Barber Shop. The networking and storytelling session was promoted as a Made on King Drive event. Matt Sablejack of Caffeine Communications helped throw the party. We are excited to bring everybody together for the first of this event series because we feel And we feel Organizers plan to hold more Made on King Drive events in the future. They want them to be a regular feature of the area's business and social life.
