My name is Melvin Roundtree Jr. aka Tree Streets. I'm a barter, one year working in the shop. I've been cutting here since I was maybe 13. Okay, so you've fronted pretty much what's called a street or amateur? Haircutter, man. Haircutter? There was a 20 haircutter and barber. Barbered all the way official working in the shop with the real chair, a little station, all the tools, everything on point. Haircutters on the hustle, trying to get money. Less fashion about the craft and more about the money. Haircutters. Big head of the. . . Big head of the. . . That's the stuff. Working at Rico, what do you think about the environment and everything here? I think the environment is incredible. People I work with is basically family. I'm learning a lot now, not only about cutting, but the business as well. So I love it, man. I work with a whole bunch of my own. I guess that is my thing.
