Unicorn Cupcake Boutique

Well, there is this place here on the Valley serving up delicious cupcakes. I'm sold, but it's not your ordinary cupcake shop. The hot spot is all about unicorns, cupcakes and glitter. Unicorns are everywhere right now. It's adorable. It's the unicorn cupcake boutique. It's one of Jamie's local loves, bringing all of her favorite things, as you heard, together in one beautiful spot. She's near Scottsdale and Shea. So I'm going to gallop upon Olivia, don't leave me yet because I found some stuff for your little guy. I know you're looking at this big pink place. They can all girls spin around. Let'see. We've got something for Scotty too, because I think that there's one buff looking unicorn. If Scott Passmore were unicorn, that would be him. Look at those muscles. That guy right now. So may Introduce you to the VIP? Mike Smith, I'm going to let you go ahead of me because I want to show you Aurora. This is one of two unicorns here at the unicorn cupcake boutique where you can take a photo, say hello to Aurora. She's obviously, she's very special, so she hangs out by herself. But I want to introduce you to Tracy Lombardi. She is the woman behind all this magic. And Tracy, it all started with a cupcake. Tell me your story here. So I started with my cupcake business, big cupcake truck. We got best cupcake of the valley this year. So we're super excited. And basically it blossomed into this unicorn cupcake boutique where we have everything, cupcakes, unicorns and glitter. Oh my goodness gracious. It's on trend. You've also created a space for a lot of local vendors to put their things in. And of course, eat some cupcakes. And if you're going to be in such a beautiful place, do you see the floor? Or even the floor here is just magical. The wall, all gold. You're going to want to take some photos because, So tell me what you did over here as far as how you set this up for it to really be interactive. Yes. So we have a selfie station when you first come in. We have a space for parties where you can sit down and enjoy a cupcake. We have a cupcake lounge in the front where you can relax with your friends, free wifi. We have tons of handmade items from local vendors. We also have Miss Luxie over here. So Luxie is eight years old, Tracy's daughter, and you're in the what? Selfie booth. We're in the selfie booth. So what do we do? How does this work? You just tap on it and you take a prop and then you take a picture and then you can send it to your phone. Oh, okay. So we're going to pose for a photo. And we're going to put that on the Graham. And then we got to eat a cupcake for you because not only do we have vegan options, but gluten-free options. And then So you told me I should sit down and I'm going to need a knife and fork. Oh yeah. That's what she said. You can have times the size of a normal cupcake. They're GMO free. They are organic. And what are we looking at right up here? Okay. So up here we have our original vanilla ice cream cupcake. We have our white chocolate raspberry. This week we have a strawberry shortcake limited feature flavor. We have vanilla with chocolate. We have our signature unicorn cupcake. I just grabbed one. What am I going for? Look, she's not even waiting. This is churro. No, this is churro. Look at that. Is that good? Good choice? Yes, it's very good. All right, guys. Well, I'm going to have a churro cupcake. And then when I see you again, we're going to talk about all the local vendors in here. So many cute things.
