This is a spiata. Haley Shattuck is on her second bakery in less than a year. I was a little bit crazy and I opened up two bakeries about two months apart from each other. The 24 year old says she st I didn't sign up for this. I went up to the vice principal and the head chef for the program and they're So I did. I ended up loving it. After finishing culinary school in New York, she returned home and with the help of her family opened sweet Magnolia's Bakery. My favorite thing is chocolate dipped coconut macaroons. So I'm actually going to try it and see how it tastes. So let's grab this here. This is a normal size. This is a normal size. Oh, it's kind of big. It's pretty good. The coconut, the glaze, the chocolate. Really tasty. It has a lot of different flavors going on. And I think it may be my favorite from here too. Pretty good. She opened this West Chase location months later, but admits it hasn't been sweet the entire journey. It's very stressful. I learned something new every single day. I get knocked down on a regular daily basis. Things that I wish I knew but didn't know. But Hailey has endured and plans to expand to a third location. Her inspiration? Well, it's in the recipe. There's a lot of things and a lot of people that will knock you down and will tell you that you can't. And you shouldn't listen to them. Just keep moving.
