I'm Tiffany Magnus and I'm the owner of Green Goodies and I just wanted to tell you a little bit about our store. It is a cupcake curry of course and it specializes in all natural and organic ingredients made from scratch daily. We do something a little bit different as well as we also provide three different types of cupcakes. We provide regular cupcakes with everything in them We also do gluten free and we do vegan cupcakes so we kind of call ourselves cupcakes for everybody because pretty much anybody can walk in and get something. Hey Cupcake Wars, I'm Kirsten and I'm the baker at Green Goodies. I just want to tell you a little bit about myself and my baking training. I was trained classically and I was trained as a pastry chef so I know how to do all of classical desserts and everything Then when I graduated culinary school I worked at Matthew Kinneau KC which is a raw vegan restaurant. There I learned most of my vegan training there but we used dehydrators and blenders and stuff When I came to Green Goodies about a year ago I translated all my raw vegan training into vegan gluten free baking which I learned here. Also when I was in culinary school I did a lot of commercial baking competitions and I won a bronze medal in SkillsUSA Nationals which is the furthest anybody's ever gotten from Oklahoma as far as I know. So because I know how to do gluten free vegan, classical and I have commercial baking competition training I think that I would be awesome at Cupcake Wars. Why is Green Goodies good for Cupcake Wars? Green Goodies is good for Cupcake Wars because we are a little bit more diversified than other cupcake places. Why are you laughing? That's not a word. Diverse? Yes. Whatever.
