Cakes Cookies Pies
The Able Baker is located at 187 Maplewood Avenue at the tail end of the village in Maplewood, NJ. We bake cakes, cookies, and pies (and killer scones and coffee cake, too), all from scratch on premises in an open kitchen. We brew La Colombe coffee and pull espresso from a beautiful La Marzocco GB/5. We also make custom cakes, cupcakes and cookies to order. Note that we do not respond to order inquiries through Facebook Messenger, but can be reached at the bakery at 973-313-1133.
