High Society Cheesecake was conceived in a dorm room in 2004 based on the idea of bringing a superior product to Lincoln, NE. A taste of the rich and high life that is so mostly associated with cheesecake. This process was rigorous and many different recipes were developed only to fail due to inconsistency. It would take nearly 2 years to develop a foundation of ingredients and baking times to ensure the most absolute consistent creamy product every time. On November 6, 2006 we would open our doors to the public offering 6 flavors. Lincoln's 1 and only scratch made cheesecake location. Still to this day, we continue that artisanship. We proudly supply top restaurants in Lincoln as well as offering our product in over 25 grocery stores ranging from Grand Island, Lincoln, Omaha, and Council Bluffs.
