Country Bakery of Lehi- A Lehi tradition for over 45 years
So, I love just good seeing progress in whatever area it is. So when I was younger I was a cross-country runner and getting new PRs, new faster times, improvements, was always what kept me motivated. Going in here, now the bakery, it's getting and perfecting new items every day. So we got some new machinery to help us with our artisan bread. We've never made better bread. New cake doughnut depositor, best cake doughnuts we've ever made now. Getting the new rondo equipment to really help perfect our square doughnuts and our round doughnuts, the weather consistent and perfect every time. Having feeling that progression and all the things that we're doing here is really empowering and motivating.
