Apple pie like your grandmother baked...fresh baked bread and cookies like your mama made them...this is a place where community, fellowship, and laughter goes hand in hand. To me, hospitality is recreating that feeling I had when I was little and I went to my grandfather's house. The smells of pies baking in the kitchen. My daddy was asleep under the piano. My cousins and I played hide and seek under the long dining room table. And riding around the house on my grandma's lap. When a person who's never been here walks through the door, I want them to feel The best thing about being owner of the Laughing Place Bakery is those moments when I'm in the kitchen. The place fills up with people and they're laughing, they're talking and enjoying themselves. I could do that forever.
