Anthony's Heavenly Cheesecake

Hi, I'm Anthony with Anthony's Heavenly Cheesecake and my name is Anthony Christian. I've been the owner and operator of Anthony's Heavenly Cheesecake for a year and a half. I make all different kinds of cheesecake from bite size all the way up to sheet cake size and 12-inch rounds. We do all kinds of special occasions. They're good for birthdays, weddings, anything that is a special event that you can think of. We will cater, we will deliver in the area free. If you go into the shop you can pick from a variety of flavors. We have 10 different flavors you can choose from. By the slice I do sweet cheesecakes and I do some savory cheesecakes as well. The savory cheesecakes are non-desert cheesecakes, kind of a new thing that's coming out. Between the quiche and the cheeseball you can have it as appetizer or with a lunch is very popular. Some of those flavors are bacon cheddar and a Greek cheesecake with olives. We also have the popular flavors of turtle, strawberry, swirl and original and use some kind of other kind of chocolate. We are looking to expand. We do wholesale to other restaurants and always looking for new restaurants to wholesale to sell whatever kind of cheesecake that would go best in those locations.
