My earliest memory of baking is peering over the kitchen counter as she went to make her classic signature oatmeal cookies, cracking the eggs, grabbing a bite of cookie dough when she wasn't looking. She was definitely the kind of grandma that was very strict. And I think that moment of nostalgia for me is one that I'm constantly trying to recreate and interpret to be just as meaningful for everyone that comes to Milk Bar. I'm Christina Tozzi, the chef, founder and owner of Milk Bar. Milk Bar opened in 2008 in New York City and what I knew about this idea for Milk Bar was that I wanted it to be something that was just a fun, sweet meeting place that was a part of the community that was open from morning till night and that really added to people's lives. And we do that at Milk Bar through our food. Everything on the menu is very gittable. It's nostalgic. It reminds you of a moment in time, but nothing on the menu at Milk Bar is ordinary. I think that JetBlue and Milk Bar have a really similar spirit in terms of how they approach who they are in the industry that they're in. I think there'sort of a disruptive nature to how we think about desserts in the food landscape at Milk Bar and how JetBlue thinks about travel. When JetBlue launched their mint experience, I felt I actually look forward to my meal when I go to sit down in a mint seat at JetBlue. So I'm bringing you Milk Bar to the mint experience. So we've got our classic bagel round that is stuffed with a bacon scouting cream cheese. It's incredible. We've got a green juice, which is our signature hard-body juice. And you also get a Milk Bar sweet treat. So one of our amazing, fudgy in the center, crispy on the outside, Milk Bar cookies. It's going to be a surprise which flavor you get. My dream for Milk Bar is that there will be Milk Bars in all of your favorite cities or all of my favorite cities. And that no matter where you travel on JetBlue and beyond, there will always be a Milk Bar there to welcome you.
