Well, we've been in Auto Care Shop for about ten years and it's helped us in many ways, particularly with our recent gold, we attained gold with Napa, w And some of the other programs they have enabled us to do a lot of t I know you're a client of RepairShop It's Tomorrow, a marketing and coac How have they helped you with your marketing? Oh my goodness. Weren't very good at marketing. We've done a great job of referrals. We have always had a great customer experience. So that's always been what we've relied on. RepairShop It's Tomorrow has just taken us to a whole different level. The marketing has been focused on, well first of all, anyt And our newsletter and our specials and the they've probably put us up 30 to 35%. You did mention a newsletter. How has that been received with your customers? Our customers love it. They absolutely love it. I get comments about it all the time. They'll come in. Sometimes there's a little joke in there. I have two customers with Volkswagen Vans and one month they had a joke that said, what do you call a Volkswagen van at the top of and the answer was a miracle. And Immediately got two calls from people, but they loved it. They thought it was wonderful. How has RepairShop It's Tomorrow helped you with SOPs, systems, operations and procedures? Well, first of all, they helped us establish them. We thought we always had them. But through the coac And it's just been dramatic, the improvement. So I know that there's a little bit of noise in the background. There's people talking. T And we didn't stop production today w So my next question to you is, how has using RepairShop It's Tomorrow helped you with the business flow chart? Oh, that's been great. Because, well, first of all, they got us into the digital inspection, w And so they've taught us about the 300% rule. 100% of the cars are inspected. 100% of the inspections are quoted, or they're made up for quotes so that we can quote them. And then 100% of them are presented. So what else has RepairShop It's Tomorrow helped you with in your business? Well, the cool they're taking a lot of wonderful guys with lots of technical experience who have a passion for repairing cars and for taking care of customers. And he's helped give them a college education in t He's given them simple points and ratios and t And it's been, it's just wonderful. It's given us direction. We always felt we had direction, but t And the other thing about it is it's He's very good at explaining me to them and them to me and having us all work together.
