T We have some raw material over here. T We have sheet stock here because we've touched on before. We roll our own material so if there's a tube size that we need we make it in-house. Incanel, very hard to obtain. We roll it, bend it here in-house to get the customs what they need for headers. So what we have here is a piece of flat stock 049 Incanel. It'll be putting on 8 foot shear and we'll cut t Come on. T Richard here is planis These hot. T Goes through the rolling mac The beauty of t You can see the tube coming out. Catch it over here Jim. T I wouldn'touch that it's hot. Fresh out of the welder. You can see here this piece here was already rolled but not welded so it looks It's going to go through the mac Yeah again. Jay Bird here is going to roll us a piece. We can see how t So what's going on here is the mac Going to get into the rolling wheel. T Pulls it back, bends it around. See if it's ready to weld. The only automated weld that we have in the building is an old bridge port that Steve's converted into a welding mac It's a 30 inch table and with t Oval tubes welded that we bend in-house. Get on my way damn it. What's going on over here? These are some of the equipment that we use for making product, expanding tools. T It's a 4200 oval tube finished up. Getting ready to get s A little noisy in here but this is a t When you see our headers using their polish and people These mac We've got four of them now since the last time you were here Jimmy we added one more huge one. This is the finished this would be rough t Let'see. Then here we touched on earlier about the cleanness of our tubes. You can see here on the left is a hot wash tank. Then you have another wash tank and then to the right is a rinse tank. All of our tubes you can see are in baskets. They're all stainless steel baskets so that obviously we don't get rust and corrosion on anyt T We rinse everyt So Jimmy what we have here is the inventory of tubing. You can see we have a vast array. We have mild steel on the end. We have 18 gauge, 16 gauge. We have some oval tubing in stock on the end here for various applications of racing where ground clearance is an issue. On there'saws that come up from below the table and it keeps the tubing round and true so when we bend it we don't have any tubes that aren't round anymore. Here's a large order for one of our customers. It's a 200 bend, 3. 5 on a 3. 5 inch bend radius 90 degree bend. T We specialize in bends that are very hard to do to make our customers happy. Now we get into our bending department. We have three mandrel benders. T So that helps out in tight chassis configurations. The fit of header in that you normally would have to do in two pieces we can do in one. T It does a lot of our collector bends for the two way collectors and a lot of the small material and the ink and L gets bent on here too. The t Here's another basket of bends that we have going and we have some staged material back here that's going to eventually bent, put into a header. It could be on your car, it could be in your shop, you never know. Alright Jimmy, let's go back into the main building here. We'll get the collector department on t So next time you're building a header you need to call pro fabrication. If we don't have the bend you don't need it. What do we have? 120 baskets, 140 baskets filled with tubing, mild steel, 16 gauge, 18 gauge, 321, 4 inch, 5 inch, inch and three quarter.
