This is how I got started
I began my restoration career in my father’s garage working on MOPARs in the 1960s. My favorite car back then was my uncle’s 1968 Coronet 500 Convertible. I also raced a 1971 Satellite at Columbus 151 Speedway and Capital Super Speedway in the late 70's and early 80's. I worked in a collision shop for around a year and a half and received an offer to work at a local restoration shop. My first car I worked on there was a 1973 Pantera and never went back to collision. Later on I had an offer to work in a Corvette restoration shop outside of Madison. In 2007 met Justin Cole from working on his 1957 fuel injected hydraulic top Corvette before he opened up Benchmark Classics. I was the body specialist at Benchmark Classics where I was involved with the completion of a 1948 2 door Tucker convertible prototype. In January 2012 it was time for me to open up my own shop "Cruzin Classics LLC" where I work on classics, fiberglass, rust repair and repaints along with air brushing and custom paint jobs.
