Veloce Imports opened in May 1996 in Hudson, NH — providing service for both European and Asian cars. Our reputation as top-tier import service and restoration auto shop spread to various car clubs, business grew and we began the search for a larger shop. In February 2004 we moved to Londonderry, NH which provided ample room to perform maintenance, repairs and our ever increasing restoration services to our customers. This location conveniently located off of 93, Exit 4 making it even easier for our customers to travel to us. Joakim 'Jo' Mount- Owner Jo Mount, the owner and Master Technician of Veloce Imports has over 25 years of experience in engineering, design, and automotive services. He brings an impressive skill–set and enthusiasm to his work, including GT, vintage sports car racing, sprint kart racing ASE Certified Extensive background in troubleshooting, repairing and restoring anything from rare European and Asian cars, to your modern high-end cars Vast resources for finding rare, obscure parts; Design and making of parts as needed. Experience in chassis design, construction and performance set-up, race engine, drive train building and servicing. Past crew chief for SCCA national Championship MGB team. Grew up around Alfa's, Jaguars, sports car racing, now racing sprint karts with my son in NH & NY. -------------------------------------------------------------- Steve Banner - is a British born master technician straight from England. He brings to the team over 35 years of British automotive experience. To his friends, Steve is known as the original "Mr. Lucas" as no electrical problem is too big or complicated for him. Steve was trained in the UK by a Lucas dealer to build and repair starters, dynamos and alternators; all to Lucas exacting standards. Steve has a long history in restoring British cars as well as several kit cars. You will usually find him with several unusual projects on the go and is always willing to give people advice on any questions they may have about their cars. Steve’s combined interest in automotive electrics and in music has also lead him to figure out how to actually make sound systems work in vintage cars. Steve has been featured in several magazines both in the UK and USA. Currently, Steve is restoring a 66 MGB with a BMW modification.
