Dependable Collision Center (DCC) is a full service auto body shop serving the greater Ann Arbor-Ypsilanti area. We strive for 100% customer satisfaction and are continually improving our methods and services. DCC did business as Washtenaw Auto-Tech, Inc. for four months. There was confusion regarding a potential relationship with Washtenaw Community College and the Regional Career Training Center. We have no connection to either party and have therefore changed our name to Dependable Collision Center. We have driven 73 miles to deliver a loaner car and pick up a vehicle for repair. Customers have made appointments and we have stayed late and come in early for their convenience. We have searched the internet and suppliers by telephone to locate rare parts.
