DANA BERGSTEN Born & raised in Kansas, by the time Dana graduated from Clay Center High School, he had an extensive mechanical background and aptitude learned and honed while working on farms & farm equipment since his youth. Research led him to obtain automotive technical training from one of the most respected and highly rated tech schools in the nation, Wyotech in Laramie, Wyoming. Graduating near the top of his class, Dana had many options open for further Luxury Automobile Manufacturer training. He was accepted into the highly regarded Jaguar Motorcars USA Pace program, where he excelled. Upon graduation, he returned to Kansas, where he was employed at the Wichita, Kansas Jaguar dealership from 2002 until June, 2015. Displaying an incredible diagnostic aptitude, he went on to receive factory training on Jaguar, Land Rover, Porsche and Acura while at the local dealership. He also pursued and obtained ASE Master Technician status. Dana has decided to bring his extraordinary skill set to Luxury Import Specialists, where he is now the technical specialist who will personally & expertly perform all levels of maintenance, diagnosis and repair when you bring in your Jaguar or Acura. TOM SINCISSEN Originally from Michigan, Tom graduated from Chesaning Union High school with a 4.0 GPA, valedictorian in a class of 233. He won his class's math, science and industrial arts awards, and was named to 'Who's Who Among America's High School Students”. Rather than pursuing a degree, he followed his passion for anything motorized, and has been in the automotive field since 1982. ASE certified since the early 1980's, Tom is ASE Master Certified, & has an L1 advanced engine diagnostics certification. He was 1 class away from obtaining Saab master certification, & had 67 Ford Motor Company training certs. Moving to Wichita, Kansas in 2001, Tom was employed at the Mercedes-Benz dealership since June, 2001 until June, 2015. He became Mercedes-Benz Mater Certified in 2005 and was the local lead AMG Performance factory trained technician. He maintained those until his recent departure from the dealership. Tom was also the primary local Mercedes-Benz roadside technician for the last 10 years – if you have had roadside service for a flat tire or a dead battery, you may already know him! Sensing a huge void in the local area for exceptional Mercedes-Benz service at a fair price, Tom has also brought his technical knowledge & skills to Luxury Import Specialties. He is the technical specialist who will personally care for your fine Mercedes-Benz automobile.
