Hi, I'm James Stevenson, owner of Precision Auto Repair, located on Route 20 in West Springfield. Last year, we came up with a program called Repair Forward. For those of you that don't know, Repair Forward is a way that we felt that we could give back to the community that supports us by helping one local family with their vehicle. The program will actually give up to $3,000 in vehicle repairs to make their vehicle safe and reliable so that they can go about their lives, whether it be to get to work or doctor's appointments or whatever the case would be. $3,000 may seem The problem here is that when people don't have money to fix some of the small issues and maintain their vehicle properly, small things become very major things.
