One of the things that really differentiates us from our competition, we're a big shop. We have 18 service pays. Few independent shops are this big. We simply take advantage of that fact to make it really convenient for our clients. You can take advantage of that fact and our turnaround time is a lot quicker than most. At the end of the day, this is a service business and the more convenient we can make it for people, the happier they're going to be. We frequently get asked about our no pressure sales approach here at Integrity First Automotive. It's different than what you'll find in other service industries and other automotive repair shops. But people don'they want what's right for them. We're fortunate in that we're busy enough that I don't have to do work on any given car for us to meet our bills and to pay our P. Be a pressure salesman and my clients don't need to feel I frequently tell my clients when they're making decisions to take their time, to have questions, to ask more about things, to figure out what's best for them. My job is to help them find what's best for them. Usually I've provided enough data to that effect but if it's a difficult decision I encourage people to get off the phone, consult maybe with their family, consider things, call me back and ask those questions that maybe they don't know enough about to help them decide what's good for them.
