Today I will be featuring a brand new Wilward kit for the 240SX and away from 89 all the way to 98. T What it has is features 12. 88mm rotors. We have super light forged calipers, brake pads, brackets made out of al We have our screw kits here and our al Very light hats. These are the bolts that you put on to bolt up the hats to the rotor. I also want to show you a couple neat t It's a 4 piston, as you can see 1,2,3,4, 4 piston. The kit comes with a 1. 2 inch t I have a 1. 25 inch rotor and it comes with curved vanes. As you can see they are curved vanes. Pretty t It's not that heavy actually. I picked up a rotor the other day from another car and that's actually way heavier than t I opted for the non-justice slotted because the drill is less material and heats up a little bit faster. I forgot I should go through the kit because there's not anybody on YouTube right now that's doing a feature of that's why I put it out there. It's a pretty good kit. A lot of people T I picked up t I t You have these brackets that go on to the stock brake mounting points. It goes on to the actual mounting points for the drill bit kit. It's actually pretty neat because they have a lot more different sizes of pistons. What I actually did was I actually went with the largest pistons that they had. T 88 piston here and it's a 1. 75 piston here. The reason being is for little staggered t . . You get more wear actually sometimes one side of the pad versus the other when they're compressing. So as the rotor is spinning, I'll get less force one side than the other side. So it creates a seemingly even brake wear. These are the brake pads that they come with. That's the part n It's a pretty cool kit. Again, made by Wilwood. It's a 37. It's a spec 37. I don't know what that means but it's pretty cool stuff. Usually the drilled ones, the drilled end slot, it comes e-coated. I guess so it prevents rust or whatever the case is. See it's nicely done by Wilwood and other companies. They come a little rough. The casting is a little rough on these but it's a pretty good kit there. It's pretty nice. I Nice little setup. It has these slots on there to clean whatever debris that comes off the pad. The reason I bought t What was happening was I was having not much pad on the actual rotor. What was going on was actually t Oops, I had t Whereas t You don't have any variations of rotor contact. It's pretty good when the kit goes on and the pads are in. Obviously the kit will be sort of When they compress, that should take care of the zone. A lot of people have a lot of concerns where there's no dust on these. The clearance in here is so close that when you are pus That's kind of the idea that's going on with the Wilwoods here. It's a screw in system. There is no crossbar It's an internal fluid system. I have a 1-8 by 27NBT. I'll put a 1-8 by 3N. That's pretty much what the kit consists of.
